Applying
Applying is free and open to anyone 18 or older. The information you submit must be accurate and about you. Submitting an application does not create an employment or contractor relationship, and it does not guarantee a spot on the roster. We review every application and aim to reply within 5 business days, but we decide who joins at our discretion.
The roster
If you are accepted, the details of working together, including pay, the guaranteed monthly minimum, view bonuses, content licensing and trip terms, are set out in a separate creator agreement you sign at onboarding. Figures on this site, such as the $2,500 monthly minimum, apply to Los Angeles based creators and vary by location. The minimum is sized so you can book your own flights, hotels and airport, hotel and shoot transport. Nothing on this site is an offer of work until that agreement is signed.
Acceptable use
Use the site as intended. Do not scrape it, submit false or automated applications, impersonate someone else, or interfere with the operation of the application form or the systems behind it. We may reject applications and block access where we see abuse.
The website
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be error free or uninterrupted, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it or relying on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute about them belongs in the courts of California.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
