A valid passport
Trips are international. You need a passport that is valid now, or one you can get before your first assignment.
A flexible schedule
Trips are planned weeks ahead, but they are real travel dates. You can commit to being away several days a month.

How does the guaranteed minimum work?
Creators on the roster earn a guaranteed minimum of $2,500* a month for completing the trips and briefs assigned that month. If your view bonuses add up to more than the minimum, you earn more, never less. *The guarantee is for Los Angeles based creators and varies by location.
Who pays for flights and hotels?
You book your own flights and hotels. The guaranteed minimum is deliberately sized to always cover flights, hotels and getting between the airport, your hotel and the shoot locations on assigned trips, and whatever you do not spend on travel is yours to keep. Food, activities and everything else are on you.
Do I need a big following to apply?
No. We hire on how you shoot and how reliable you are. A bigger audience can grow your bonus earnings, but it will not decide your application.
Who owns the content I make?
Brands license the content they commission from you. You can still post that content to your own channels unless a specific campaign says otherwise.
How do view bonuses work?
You earn $50 for every 100,000 views your campaign posts get, counted for 30 days after each post goes live. Bonuses are paid monthly on top of your guaranteed minimum.
Can I apply from any country?
You can apply from anywhere. Which trips we can match you to depends on your passport and visa situation, which is why the application asks about travel eligibility up front. Keep in mind the guaranteed minimum varies by location.
